ASI: THE ORGANIZATION AND OBJECTIVES

AUCTION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL/FLORIDA 100 REALTY, INC. was organized specifically to meet the special needs of lenders and real estate developers in the successful disposition of real property. The object was and is to provide a vehicle by which REO managers can routinely dispose of acquired properties with minimal cost, time and effort, in order to achieve the highest return possible.

Jon D. Rice, Sr. founded Auction Services International/Florida 100 Realty, Inc. as an offshoot to his real estate brokerage and investment company. He brings 25 years of experience in the real estate and investment business to ASI which has generated numerous awards recognizing his outstanding contributions and achievement. His experience encompasses many areas of the real estate and investment business including asset management for a major midwest bank and commercial real estate lending for a major New York investment firm. He has owned and operated his own real estate and investment business since 1976. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, after attending officer candidate school in Newport, Rhode Island.

Our objective at ASI is to provide the REO manager with an efficient, cost effective means of regularly purging from accumulated inventories any real properties at market value in a timely fashion. ASI can assist you in marketing (even) one property or hundreds. By participating in our periodic multi-lender AUCTIONS, you can effect the disposition of difficult properties expeditiously. MONTHLY NATIONAL REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS

ASI provides an ongoing series of monthly auctions throughout the U.S.A. The REO Manager with real property ready for sale can enter one or more properties into these auctions for a minimal cost. ASI cooperates with existing Real Estate Brokers so there is no need to sever or interrupt any ongoing marketing effort. ASI works extensively with your existing listing broker promoting the auctions to the local real estate community. ASI will conduct monthly real estate auctions throughout the country beginning in April 2007. For specific schedules contact ASI at (561) 746-1088. By participating in these monthly auctions, the REO manager can dispose of properties as soon as he determines that it is timely to do so. He can enter properties in any location around the country and know that he will always get the same professional service without having to attend each property in person. ASI through Advertising Services International, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of ASI) will handle the advertising campaign including preparation and distribution of the auction brochure and the preparation and placement of all media releases. ASI will coordinate all auction activities including the auction location and personnel. ASI will work with participating lenders to pre-qualify prospective purchasers as necessary to ensure a timely closing with successful bidders.
