Organization & Objectives

AUCTION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL/FLORIDA 100 REALTY, INC. was organized specifically to meet the special needs of financial institutions in the successful disposition of real property. The object was and is to provide a vehicle by which REO managers can routinely dispose of acquired properties with minimal cost, time and effort, in order to achieve the highest return possible.

Jon D. Rice, Sr., CCIM, founded Auction Services International/Florida 100 Realty, Inc. as an offshoot to his real estate brokerage and investment company in 1989. He brings 40 years of experience in the real estate and investment business to ASI which has generated numerous awards recognizing his outstanding contributions and achievement. His experience encompasses many areas of the real estate and investment business including asset management for a major midwest bank and commercial real estate lending for a major New York investment firm. He has owned and operated his own real estate and investment business since 1975. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, after attending officer candidate school in Newport, Rhode Island.
