Auction Services International was organized specifically to meet the special needs of lenders and real estate developers in the successful disposition of real property. The object was and is to provide a vehicle by which REO managers can routinely dispose of acquired properties with minimal cost, time and effort, in order to achieve the highest return possible.

Our objective at ASI is to provide the REO manager with an efficient, cost effective means of regularly purging from accumulated inventories any real properties at market value in a timely fashion.
